EASTER EGG RAFFLES RAISE NEARLY £2,000

Every Easter we have bought giant 1kg Easter Eggs from John Bull in Bridlington and asked pubs and clubs in the area to raffle them off – raising money for our charity account.
This year we had 16 pubs and clubs plus 8 companies who took and egg – a board of 100 numbers and sold them to their visitors and customers.
This year – we raised (still being counted) around £2,000 which will now be fed back into the community.
As well as raising money for ourselves,  we donated 14 of the Easter eggs to local schools, allowing them to raise money for their school.
The total raised by the schools was in excess of £1,500 which will help with school funds where needed.

We felt the investment of £33 per egg (£462) was worth it to raise £1,500
Pictures show various pubs etc and the eggs – and some winners.
